The Edgebrook Coffee Shop offers up a fulfilling meal at a reasonable price. The service is always good and the food is made just like you want it. The Coffee Shop is Family owned. Even if you are not a regular, Owners, Bill and Pauline, treat you like you are one of the family. The only drawback is they are only open til 3:00 M-F, and till 2:00 on Saturday. Stop in and try one of the specials, you'll be glad you did. Don't forget to ask Bill for his famous Cole Slaw.
